Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line two pizza trays with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast. Let the mixture sit for about 3 minutes, or until it becomes bubbly and foamy. Add flour and garlic salt to the yeast mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Gradually add olive oil and continue mixing until the dough comes together into a ball. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has doubled in size, it’s time to form the pizzas. Rising time may take from one to two hours.
You can divide the dough in half and roll it out on a floured counter with a rolling pin.
Alternatively, for an easier method, divide the dough in half and place each portion directly onto the prepared parchment paper. Gently stretch it with your fingers until it reaches the edges. If needed, flip the dough over to smooth out the top. Sprinkle a little flour on top to prevent it from becoming sticky.
Add your favorite toppings to the pizza.
Start by spreading a layer of tomato sauce on the base, then top with a mixture of mozzarella, cheddar, and pecorino cheeses. Add sliced tomatoes and olives, and finish with a generous sprinkle of oregano.
Bake at 450°F for 14 to 20 minutes. Check the bottom of the pizza with a large spatula at the 14-minute mark. When the crust is golden brown, it’s done! For an even better result, bake it in a pizza oven if you have one.
